Wow, Just Wow.... Under the direction of our president Mike Kort we took the lead in one of the coolest toy drives I have ever seen.Groups from all over Simi and people just wanting to give joined the call to offer up their support to those in need. The sky opened up with a little moisture as the community opened their hearts on December 10th as we received so much support that we needed to take three trips to the donation drop off.
Talk about a great community event…. The touch a truck and Spark of Love toy drive weathered the storm today. Our community came out in force to sit in and honk horns of many different vehicles. It was only made better the the amazing community support of everyone bringing toys, games and bicycles for the children in our town that would have gone without. A huge shout out to all the businesses and community members who collected toys for such a great event.
