September 24th the Rotary Club of Simi Sunset members had the honor of hosting our #district5240 governor Sherry PeckHoon Sim for our meeting and dinner. It was a great occasion as our District Governor shared her Rotary journey with our club and her goals for the year. Sherry's theme for this year is "Rotary is Love" and you could feel it all night long. It was a great event and we thank Sherry for taking the time to be with our club.
Tonight was an extra special night as we awarded a Paul Harris award to Samir Rafeh, the highest honor a Rotarian can receive.
