Thomas Herdering has over 30 years’ experience in technology, leadership management and sales. A native Californian and resident of Simi Valley since 1988, his early years in Eastern Ventura County were spent in the Aerospace Industry.

Over the years Thomas has discovered an amazing community full of friendships and opportunities here in Simi Valley. This community along with an amazing chain of relationships hurdled Thomas into the position of Director of Community Outreach for the fledgling non-profit Community Radio Station - 99.1 The Ranch. As Director of Community Outreach, Thomas has had the pleasure of partnering with veterans of Los Angles and International Radio to build from the ground up a station that represents the spirit of the community while recognizing those community supporters that have made this unique adventure possible.

Thomas and his wife, Stephanie have been married for 27 years and have two boys Andrew,18 and Stetton, 9.
